My wife and I saw several shows a few weekends ago while our daughter and her husband were visiting from Denver. We took them to see La Cage starring Frank Marino and I have not seen that show for many years but it was as much fun as I remembered over 5 years ago. Frank was funny and entertaining and they have added a few girls (or I guess guys) to the show as well, we enjoyed them all. The next day we took the kids over to see Penn and Teller, I never laughed so nuch at Penns jokes and the things he makes Teller do. We went gambling the next night downtown and caught the Fremont Street Experience, had the 99 cent shrimp cocktails and I showed them the largest gold nugget on display at the Golden Nugget what a beautiful hotel that was. The final night they were here I took them to see Blue Man Group at the Luxor which I can only discribe as “ground-breaking,” “hilarious,” “visually stunning,” and “musically powerful.” The kids has a blast and so did the wife and I and I guess I can say “It was only money!”

I saw La Cage and see it every tine I visit (about 2 times a year) and Frank is a wonderful person and a great entertainoer as well as the rest of the cast. I never have seen Blue Man, it just seems a bit weird to me but I have seen Penn and Teller and it was ok but the free show in the sky at the Rio is wonderful.
